My comments on Victorianism were dead correct. The majority of Americans know the word “Victorianism” to represent a bad thing.

I noted that the Victorian MALE leadership (Tories) fell in line behind the ugly insecure old lady (who hated that Prince Albert was cheating on her – sound familiar?) and made excuses for themselves such as wanting British society to support “family values” so more soldiers and sailors could be produced to build the British empire.

It would be great to see you talk about Victorianism on Fox News…at least the aspect that Victorian men fell in line behind a woman who was acting in her own personal interest.

I know you believe in premarital sex. So do I. We are part of the anti-socon wing of the Republican Party. The socons are afraid to defend Victorianism publicly, but they are the inheritors of the Queen’s legacy (the legacy of a bitter ugly woman who didn’t like the fact that her husband cheated on her with an intern 150 years ago).

How to stop it?

1. Attend county Republican meetings and raise this and related issues. Don’t hit and run, really get involved so that your positions will be regarded seriously.

2. Write articles for MND with any pseudonym you want. Well, almost any pseudonym. “FathersHaveNaturalRights” is taken.

3. Talk with other guys just casually. Most have never even heard of IMBRA or VAWA. Don’t rage, just bring them onto the same page: namely, being in agreement that such things are stupid, unConstitutional, and need to be repealed. Then, switch the topic to the magnificence of Jessica Alba so you don’t sound like a one track dude.

If women raised in the amerikan kulture were not planning to grow old alone, they would fight VAWA tooth and nail in the political arena. However, they seem to welcome it with open arms, so let them have the consequences too.

Let them see the feminazis dance in the street. Hell, I would like to see that too. None of this crap affects me since I won’t ever be getting married in the soon to be NAU and I strongly recommend to you, gentlemen, that you recoil (or refrain) from this mistake as well.

Want to get married? Want to have kids? Then go somewhere that is safe and accepting of that type of activity, such as a non-western country.

Besides, in human history, it has never been easier nor more pleasant for men to be single than it is right now.

My girlfriend knows I will not get married to her until VAWA is overturned but she is not American and cannot speak English…so she cannot complain in US court.

But if someone reading this has an English speaking fiance, American or otherwise, by all means put her on the spot. If she really wants the marriage, she should need to complain in US federal court that her boyfriend said, in writing, that he cannot marry her until the law is overturned.

It would be interesting to see the Supreme Court try to say that the US government represents foreign women and the foreign woman cannot represent themselves. All women should, of course, suffer from a boycott until this is overturned.

I thought this was understood by all MRAs.

I hope nobody here got married since 2005. If you did that and you just ignored VAWA or complied with IMBRA, you deserve what you might get.

It is not hard to ask your woman to challenge VAWA/IMBRA (provided she can speak English).

I’d be willing to bet that men could solve a good number of their problems themselves without sending money or relying on someone else by doing two things.

Tell women that you absolutely will not get married until VAWA is repealed.

Tell women that you absolutely refuse to have children until Presumptive Joint Custody Law is the norm in every state.

Let them choose.

We all know the likelyhood of those two things happening.

Proving or preventing the proving of wrongdoing is hard work and risky.

With “no-fault” divorce, we dispense with the due process of law and go straight to the deprivation of property.

Besides challenging one of these laws, anyone who agrees with Marc that silence is fatal, must develop a database and constantly write to or call the people in it.

We still need at least one man to challenge IMBRA. This has, shockingly, never happened in 2.5 years. Dating websites gave a half-hearted attempt to challenge IMBRA way back in 2006, which resulted in the law being on restraining order for a year (in practical terms). But they never listened to any of their customers and both challenges failed to mention feminism while saying the law had “good intentions”. In fact, the Ohio challengers felt they needed to hire a feminist lawyer (Jennifer K) who proceeded to tell the judge (I paraphrase very little here) “there has never been a fundamental liberty interest in an American contacting a foreigner…but please be the first to grant such a right on the foundation that women were granted the right to abortion”.

Someone should sue Sarkin Pinales for malpractice there. When lawyers fight for the other side, it is time to do a pro se challenge yourself (dating sites, by the way, have no interest in making it easy for men to meet women online = they benefit from government roadblocks that allow them to tell American men that they cannot allow people to meet face to face quickly).

I would say one of the biggest shocks of my life is the fact that ZERO men in 2.5 years have been willing to simply walk into a federal courtroom to get a surefire restraining order on IMBRA. There are executives in public companies (who cannot challenge themselves because of their exposed positions) who would do all the research and paperwork and even provide the money.

I personally know 4 of the best MRAs are in CEO positions or high-level government positions that they could lose in an instant.

Most men are not in such exposed positions where they could fall too far and too fast….

But these men are almost never those who even post comments on MND much less do the homework to write articles.

Every week two losers write to me at Veterans Abroad to whine and complain about IMBRA or VAWA…and then they disappear when I suggest that they actually do something about it.

Is anyone out there a retiree or someone who wants to explore earning money as a men’s rights activist? Challenging IMBRA could get you your first two months income. I know that men will cough up $6000-8000 quickly for someone who seriously wants to start challenging some of these bad laws.
