Futher, this AR that Mr. Grimm is referring to isn't a particularly powerful weapon - its essentially a varmint cartridge (also not legal for deer in many states). If the cop isn't wearing body armor, a well placed .22 (plinker) round will do the trick - the Mossad has used .22s for year (and nobody wears body armor on the back of their heads). But I digress, reason isn't what these guys are interested in - I think statistically more kids drown in bath tubs than cops get shot and killed in the US each year.
