Not a peep from the Western press other than some recognition that "this is just the way it is." The Israelis, who in response do restrain themselves in Western manner while fighting these barbarians, then have every mistake or civilian casualty paraded by the Western press. They're damned if they do, and damned if they don't. Well, I'm not in love with Israel (and think that those Neocons and others who want us to fight Israel's wars should be "encouraged" to decide where their loyalty lies), but maybe they should just do it and be damned. What will the Europussies do about it? Another couple of generations of Arab and Palestinian immigration and Israel is going to cease to exist anyway.
