You could do it out hear in the West as well considering there are more federal lands in some of the states (mine in particular) then there is state land. Those who wish to follow Roosevelt’s dreams can purchase the land themselves and you could use the money from the sale and the money saved that would otherwise be spent in keeping them in care on things like removing the national debt.
