Biden’s nomination allows us to put his VAWA law, and all its family-killing provisions, in a national spotlight. (High-five!)

As many readers know, Sen. Joseph Biden’s office has been in the front of the VAWA debacle. He is running for higher office, and the issue of whether VAWA has done good for people or bad for people is now real.

This is a dynamite chance to state our piece on all the destruction, child depression, and injustice Biden has helped bring about. We can put out information saying that Joe Biden has to answer for the family destruction his bill has caused.

My analysis of this news situation is this: the ball is in our court. We who disagree with Mr. Biden. can and should take the offensive, now. Rather than feel cast down by the ascension of someone we dislike, we ought to feel some exaltation that the man and his issues can now come into the public spotlight and be confronted.

The great bulk of the American people have gone along with the domestic violence regime because its proponents have pushed the laws through without giving anyone a chance to examine them. VAWA is presented as a sacred cow–can’t even think of criticising it–but VAWA is not a healthy cow, and it ought to be checked closely for fleas and vermin.

Normal people–those who have only heard of the injustices of the American Family Court system, but have not seen them–have no idea of the poisoned, destructive and un-American nature of the Violence Against Women Act.

We will win in the court of public opinion, if we can get the attention of the American people and the American media. Ordinarily when we try to bring up the evils Mr. Biden’s bills inflict upon us, no one will listen. If we had to set up a national organization, it would take between $200K and $500 K to run a campaign to have VAWA carefully looked out. (Washington DC office in operation for a year or more.)

But now that Biden is running for high office, we can and will get the ear of the national media. Individuals and non-profits can continue to spread the word and educate people. VAWA is a failure at addressing domestic violence, but a great success is sucking the fathers out of American families and away from the American boys and girls who need them. It’s time for us to call Joe Biden on the carpet and ask him to explain his sponsorship of such a damaging and child-ruining law.

Stumble It!

Since the VAWA violates the equal protection clause of the U.S. Constitution-THAT is where the challenge against Biden must be made. The VAWA provides for protections for women and none for men. No protections against false allegations. No protections for men as victims of violence. I am amazed that no one has already challenged this piece of garbage legislation in court.

Biden knows that the VAWA is like race and gender relations in the U.S., meaning that any questioning of the rights of a protected group opens up the questioner to charges of racism and sexism. Therefore the argument against Biden must be centered squarely on equal protection under the law.

This man is the worst U.S. Senator in my lifetime.

I like Obama, sort of, same with McCain. But for Obama to choose BIDEN a man who hasn’t ever refused to repeat any factoid fed to him by NOW… a man who won’t listen to educators, or scientists, about “family violence” issues, while rubber stamping the views of NOW and the AAUW - views that amount to “men are pigs; women angels” … just can’t be my son’s president.

I wasn’t really sitting on the fence but I hadn’t really made up my mind, until today. I can’t vote for Biden (And not because he wears panty hose and wants to be the first female president someday) because he has written off half the population as potential predators of the other half and only he - and maybe the “enlightened one” Obama, can save women from bad men.

The U.S. is in a real scary place with “men” running other countries and heading for more power and wealth than the world has ever seen - Russia and China are a threat, period. And they are not the only ones who might strike first someday. This isn’t a time for wimpy men - these “two-fers” who likely both have a tatoo on their butts saying “If found lost, return to the N.O.W. headquarters for their monthly programing” Will do even more harm to boys and men that we have already seen over the last 30 years of male basing and stupid laws affecting men and boys.

These two mama’s boys, seem to not care one bit about men in prison, or about boys dropping out of school and life, or about a growing population of women who think having a child without a man is very cool… does anyone think these two feminist men can kiss feminist butts and run a country at the same time. We need men (or women) who have qualities these two don’t have. Let’s use, well, let’s use those words that descibe some others who have run our country in the past - words like: “competive” “bold” “strong” and “brave” at a time when such qualities along with “wisdom” are dearly needed. OBAMA and BIDEN are competitive but it’s EGO and not compassion. They use words that sound to “some” women and men as if they are compassionate but for both, compassion is what they have for women … not for men. And maybe that’s their sales rap. Feminist women sold their story to these men, they bought it, assume it’s all true, and the passionately point out that they are superior to other men because the “get it” or so they say.

Obama and Biden together don’t have enough smarts or wisdom to run this country. Obama thinks women are paid less (Does he even know the difference between paid and earned?) and he wants to do something about that so that his wife and daughter have a fair chance… really, does anyone think Obama’s wife and daughter won’t have doors open for them because of race, gender and class??? Have neither of these men read another point of view from men AND women who know better?

Biden thinks it’s mostly men who kill their own children… and he thinks it’s men only who create hell in a home… both are missing wisdom, but worse, when it comes to gender and American families they are clueless and yet they both pretend to expertise about what families and women need. If they can’t get it right about basics like pay and family violence, if both can be seduced by women who hate men… what chance is there that they will be able to figure out the complexities of dealing with … you know, “real men” who don’t have our national interests on their plate - just as feminist women don’t have American families best interests on their agenda?

Obama made it easy for me - that doesn’t mean he made it easy to vote for McCain, but there is no way I could have two femnist men making decisions for “our” welfare if they are unable to see how much damage has already been done by PC views of men and families.

I must avoid voting for these twin sisters at a time when America really needs more men. (And no, talking tough and wearing cowboy boots isn’t what I call a man either)

I thought others were joking when Biden was mentioned but then I realized, if not Hillary, then Biden, why not. Clinton was our first black president ( lost that title recently) and now Biden wants to wiggle his way into being the first female president someday by having our sisters who have been brainwashed by feminism, and ignorant men who have expanded their “Honey do” list to doing whatever women ask whenever women ask - to back him. I haven’t been politically active the last few years in politics but this combo remind me of “Batman and Robin” minus the tights.

“You are driving too fast Batman” “We are in a hurry Robin” “Well, the law is the law.” “You’re right Robin - we must never speed” This is mom speaking… but where is a dad when you need him. We do need both.

They will both discuss hope, ideals, women’s issues while ignoring the lost hope of boys on the street and the lost hope of men in prison. They can’t hear the voices of fatherless children or of the lost fathers - who hoped for fairness and then, a year, five years, several years later were lost to their children because most people don’t give a S&^#%#^ about fathers. They both bought the sound bites from NOW and the AAUW so why bother to listen to those stupid men and women who are blind to the suffering of womankind? The least I expect from a president and vice president is an open mind and a willingness to look at different arguments and both seem unwilling to challenge one word of feminist ideology. They are both unwilling to take the time to address the needs of boys and men, and they are clueless about how important men are for families.

Even people who “love” Obama are groaning about Biden.

As you also may know civil action part of VAWA was ruled unconstituional in U.S. v. Morrison.
After that ruling Joe Biden said he did not know any way to reinstate that section except by a constitutional amendment. The US Supreme Court has not yet ruled on criminal portion of VAWA, but lower court and appelaate court upheld it in US v. Gluzman.
US v. Morrison began as joint Title IX and VAWA lawsuit

By the way, what is happening with Den Hollander vs Mukasey in New York? Did the government respond yet? I hear they are using a young hottie Russian woman lawyer to go against the three men complaining about VAWA. That might backfire…but the intent was clearly to give the judge the impression that Russian women are represented by this new US citizen turned lawyer.

I am glad to see that 3 men wrote excellent articles on the horror of the Biden choice.

I had been concerned that I would have to be the one to write an article…what with so many articles on MND in the past few months dealing with pro-McCain issues that had nothing to do with men.

Yes, I can link the three articles and forward them to my database of conservative writers and US Senators. Everyone else should do the same.

Mr. Deluca: I live in Russia where the US Ambassador just agreed that Russia had a right to respond to the intitial Georgia attack.

How would you feel if I got Putin (who has been better for Russia than Obama/Clinton/Biden would be for the US) to start publicly shaming American men for electing gynocrats?

What if Russian men became the biggest anti-feminist mouthpiece…funding, with their new $ trillions in oil money, a Radio Free Russia TV station broadcasting into the US under Obama-Biden?

Let’s not be so quick to want NOT to work with the remaining non-feminist male-run societies to at least win back our rights.

Rather than see male US Marines possibly start World War Five by going to where Russians would find unacceptable but where Biden’s favorite Senator (McCain) wants them to go…men should be politely asking Russian males to help us shout out to our own people what the feminists are doing to us at home with the help of a subservient press.

For anyone who wants to follow up on known examples of outright press collusion in keeping laws like VAWA silent, consider:

      1) Eduardo Porter of the NYTimes wrote an article condemning IMBRA (part of VAWA) in October 2006. His editors rewrote the article to praise IMBRA instead. Eduardo went on a public forum and explained what had happened and apologized…as if that was enough.

      2) Dmitri Vassilaros of the Pittsburgh Tribune is a well-known proponent of libertarianism working for the emotionally immature billionaire conservative Dick Scafee. Dmitri wrote a well-researched attack on IMBRA in April 2007…but then told me in June “You know I couldn’t tell you if the publisher told me that I couldn’t have it printed”. Then he said “It is too bad, because I spent so much time on that story”.

      3) Andrew Marton of the Dallas Star Telegram wrote a one-sided, mean-spirited account of a man who married a Russian woman and praised IMBRA in the article. When a dozen men called to politely inform him of the Constitutional issues, he seemed surprised and actually behaved like a man would do in saying he wanted to learn more about that issue. However, his female boss then wrote to him and accidentally cc’d me. She was telling him not to go there. We quickly learned that the Star Telegram in Dallas is overrun with feminist cockroaches.

      I should write a book.

However, I would also gladly give great material (hard-hitting and naming names) to anyone else writing a book about this travesty.

I have to fly to Russia today.

But the contrived Georgia situation and the shockingly one-sided coverage of that…caused me to predict that Obama would be checkmated by Clinton to put her man Biden in the VP slot as tons of her lower class male followers in the Rust Belt would gladly spoil for any war the media promotes.

If his numbers had not taken such a serious dip recently, we might have had Karen Sibelius as the VP pick and that would not have been as bad for men as Biden.

Jim; I don’t see how that could be. Obama has been in the extreme camp for quite some time. His sales pitch on social policy (Fathers’ Day speech for example) promoted the same-ol-same-old. The antil-male stuff is clearly written into the Democratic Party Platform, just as it has been for the past 2 decades. I’d just argue that the Biden pick helps narrow Obama’s appeal, just as turning on the feminist persona did for Hillary.

I also think a serious strategic question needs to be asked in relation to John’s strategy. Attacking Biden / Obama on this stuff seems as though it would have the same impact as campaigning for McCain (using the negative attack approach). Unless you can get Republicans to sign-on to a positive, proactive role, I’m not sure I can see where the potential for success lies. McCain / Republicans just whisper they’re for it - and checkmate - nothing accomplished but letting Republicans off the hook. It seems like it might at least make more sense to wait to see how the Republican ticket pans out - maybe McCain will select someone equally as evil, like Mitt Romney.

“Just enough attention to hurt yourselves” is an intersting idea, Roger. It expresses a concept we ought to look at more closely–that staying hidden is the way to safety. Yes, we can be prudent, and not expose ourselves to destruction–but we have to be determined to speak the truth about VAWA and such laws–even when people don’t want to hear what we have to say. We’ve got to speak up and say that VAWA is full of problems, full of lies, and in drastic need of drastic overhaul. Our enmies are holding the fort mainly because we don’t raise our voices effectively and speak back at them. The key to doing this is structuring the public statements so they focus on our key points, and answer the objections of the opposition ahead of time. If anti-male stuff is in the Democratic platform (as we know it is), we have the responsibility to point it out to the general public, which doesn’t notice those fine details. I for one think that a headline that said IS THE DEMOCRATIC PLATFORM ANTI-MALE? would be a step forward. Some women voters are anti-male, openly, but most are not. Most women really do not want to vote for a genuinely anti-male party…and most would not do so if they saw it that way. Another good headline would be HOW ANTI-MALE IS THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY THESE DAYS?

ACFC has been a pretty good national leader. You’ve got people like Stephen Baskerville and Glenn Sacks who have been quite successful at broadening the audience. One could even consider donating to MND for an advertising and promotional drive - and broadening the impact / discussion beyond just the one federal law.

And once again, there’s been no plus side to the Republican Party. Unless something surprisingly positive happens with Republicans, a partisan campaign against the Democrats would just drive the herd to slaughter by the other bunch-a Brokeback Mountain cowboys.

I haven’t followed VAWA in detail. Someone needs to write a no-attitude factual report simply explaining what VAWA really is. I suggest in reform elements in chronological order. Such an article can be used as a reference for commentary. I would guess there’s somebody out there who’s followed VAWA closely enough to have a great deal of factual information, in chronological order.

My sister grew up with absolute impunity in our household. And I

If Biden becomes V/P we will have one of the most misandrist people in history one heart beat away from being the POTUS.

Both he and Obama blame only men for all the evils of society. Obama in a father’s day message stated that is only men who are responsible for fatherless homes when the most common reason fathers do not have contact with their children after a divorce is that mommy will not LET them.

In reality, if we do not look at all sides of an issue, we will not solve our problems. Joe Biden had only the gender feminist at the table each time they wrote or rewrote the VAWA. Would not this be like only asking the KKK to give input on racial relations laws and not getting any input from the NAACP?

An awful lot of concentration on a weapon. Yes, VAWA is a big and nasty one, like Big Bertha, sitting on a French headland lobbing shells over the English Channel delivering destruction on family homes. It does need to be ‘taken out’.

But the ‘attitude’, the ideology, the ‘religion’ of Feminism, is the heart that needs to be destroyed. The High Priests run the show and they have an Army, a full SS throughout the Judiciary, the Academe, the Public -Hah!- Service.

Will ’showing the public’, the average Joe and Josephine the horror of such a weapon bring about a revolution? There are many, many out there who know all about VAWA. They love it. It is, to many, a symbol of female might, something to be praised for the very destruction that it brings. It frees up ‘Living Room’ for the greedy and the grasping. Any Josephine can direct the loading of the gun and pull the trigger and giggle as the mighty shell ascends with a roar. There will be plenty of Joes to do the lifting and loading for them, for a modest but constant stream of fees.

No, they need something even more horrible to shake them out of their dreams of power. They might react if they are paraded through the concentration camps and see the Gas Chambers and the litter of corpses. We don’t have any of those yet, not all in one place. Men’s corpses are scattered over hundreds of thousands of square miles, hanging from makeshift gallows, smashed in car wrecks and covered in leaves, by a river, with a hole at the back of the mouth.

But we do have the capacity to make horrors to show them. They might react if a thousand Fathers Rights heavy artilliary laid waste a University or an entire public service Department, defenestrating the rent-seeking scum that work there. Or if a hundred, small 6-man Special Forces teams of Dad’s Without Children penetrated the bunkers of the Family Courts and exterminated Judges and court functionaries like the rats that they are.

Then the great mass of sniggeres might wake to what they have brought about.

Wars are not won without horrors. The victors create them.

      Question from Guest

      10:16 AM

When I first hired my lawyer to get me divorced and give me sole custody and child support, he told me things would go much better if I could get a restraining order, so I went to court and got one. This is in Massachusetts.
It worked, I have sole custody, he has supervised visitation and has to pay me child support. Because of the restraining order, he lost his government job and now is seriously in arrears for child support. My kids are mad at me because they don’t see him, and now he’s probably going to go to jail.
My question is, can I get the restraining order removed from his record so he can get a job and start paying me my child support? I don’t want him to go to jail, since I kind of enhanced the story a bit to get the RO, but if I certainly can’t do my kids any good if I get sent to jail for getting the RO.
Also, can I sue my lawyer for giving me bad advise to get the RO in the first place? He didn’t tell me that it could blow up in my face like this.

The question is, How to best educate the gullible people John refers to in his excellent post?

I suggest we find literal examples like this one showing how women abuse the abuse-protection laws, and publicize them! And of course, pointing out that VAWA is to blame (even though this behavior preceded VAWA, but received an enormous push from it) and that Biden is the villain who made this possible.
