Adam “Pacman” Jones was supposed to address to reporters of his incident with his bodyguard in which police are calling it a private case and will most likely not lead to any charges. The incident happened at a Dallas hotel on Tuesday night between Jones and his bodyguard. Police were called to a disturbance call at the hotel where Jones and his bodyguard were in a bathroom and got into a argument.

Jones and his bodyguard said everything was just fine and they were both driven away by a friend. Jones had already been in police trouble with a connection to a shooting in Las Vegas at a strip club. It is not sure yet of Jones NFL status if he will continue to play or not. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell allowed Jones to come back to the NFL in August. Goodell also said the NFL league is investigating the matter.

The owner of the Dallas Cowboys has not yet spoken to reporters. Cowboys nose tackle Tank Johnson said everything was overblown and it shouldn’t distract their team. He also said that no one was in jail and no one had gotten hurt. Goodell told ESPN radio that he was frustrated that the league was even discussing the incident involving Jones and his bodyguard. Jones was suspended in April 2007 by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
