Obama Picks Porn Industry Lawyer for No. 2 Spot at Justice Department

President Obama has made a major mistake and put America’s families at risk by selecting David Ogden to become Deputy Attorney General, says Fidelis, a pro-family organization.

“David Ogden is a hired gun from Playboy and the ACLU. He can’t run from his long record of opposing common sense laws protecting families, women, and children. The United States Senate has a responsibility to the American people to insure that Mr. Ogden’s full record is fully reviewed before any vote on his nomination,” said Brian Burch, President of Fidelis. Ogden’s confirmation hearing is scheduled for Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

“Ogden’s record is nothing short of obscene. He has represented Playboy Enterprises in multiple cases, Penthouse Magazine, the ACLU, and the largest distributor of hard-core pornography videos. He has opposed filters on library computers protecting children from Internet smut, and successfully defended the right of pornographers to produce material with underage children.”

“David Ogden has collected checks from Playboy and Penthouse to fight any attempts to establish filters on federally-funded public libraries. Ogden even sued the federal government in an attempt to publish Braille versions of Playboy magazine — at taxpayer expense, of course,” said Burch.

As a lawyer in private practice, Ogden has argued for an unlimited abortion license, gays in the military, and has urged courts to treat traditional definitions of marriage as a social prejudice.

“A vast majority of Americans support parental notification before a minor’s abortion and protecting kids from Internet pornography in our libraries,” continued Burch. “Yet David Ogden has fought tooth and nail against these common sense laws protecting our children from harm. At a time when America’s families are under increasing assault, Mr. Ogden is a dangerous choice for a position whose responsibilities include the enforcement of our nation’s laws.”

A review of his writings and briefs shows that Ogden believes that judges should rely more on social science when making decisions. And that they should rely less on “original intent” of the framers of the US Constitution and more on international law. He also believe judges — including US Supreme Court justices — should be compassionate and not impartial arbiters.

“To say that Ogden is a liberal-left activists is an understatement. His record speaks volumes about President Obama’s leftist leanings,” said political strategist Mike Baker.

It will be interesting to see how this Porn Lawyer’s deputies will try to uphold IMBRA when it gets challenged.

The feminist Tahirih Justice Center will say in court that international marriage websites are really “sex traffickers” and “sex tourism” sites…and thus the need for IMBRA to background check the male customers…but there are huge sites like Adult Friend Finder and Sexsearch that specialize in international hookup sex in which American men are NOT background checked.

The plaintiff can immediately register a conflict of interest in that the DOJ leaders support adult dating sites (erotic dating sites) but apparently want to crush marriage dating sites because they are supposedly erotic and attract the “wrong sort of man” whom foreign women need to be protected from.

I guess the “right sort of man” uses the erotic dating sites.

That said, let’s remember that half the feminists want to eradicate porn (remember we are talking of fat 40 somethings with 10 cats) and have an alliance with the Christian right. They are working both sides of the fence.

The Tahirih Justice Center is just one of many examples of feminist religious organizations looking to protect women from the “sexual depradations of men”. The feminists control much of the Christian evangelical movement in the US.

There are any number of “Christian men’s” organizations in the USA that are devoted to a victim feminist view of the world as in “all females in the erotic industry are victims of male lust and depradation”.

Thus, this topic is only good for showing how the feminists tie the MRM in knots by getting allies on the Christian right to condemn men as victimizers and the vast majority of men as depraved (if anyone wants I can show statistics on how most American males like porn).

No, most males who grew up watching the photos in Playboy will agree that the above lawyer had every right to work for Playboy but he is about to prove himself a big hypocrite when the IMBRA law is challenged and he tries to say that men who want marriage are supposedly more dangerous than men who want to look at naked pictures.

Fancy that… decisions made on the basis of science. Haven’t seen anything like that in the last 8 years!

Well kids can obtain porn at school. When I was in school I got porn from kids at school. Also if you keep your kids on site like Disney, Cartoon Network, etc you do not have to worry about that. If a child see porn it because they may want to see porn. I went to church and my mom sheltered me from this. But I was exposed to porn and profanity at school.

If you library is like the library here you kids would not be able to view porn material. They have filters and they keep and eye on the computers.
