The Family Law reform movement got a big shot in the arm when Stephen Baskerville published his book entitled “Taken into Custody: The War against Fathers, Marriage, and the Family”. Finally, the splintered movement had a benchmark established that documented the systematic organization of the bureaucratic machinery that was used to facilitate the Family Law Complex. Much like the Industrial Complex that provides expensive industries to ‘Westernize’ small countries that can’t afford it, or the Military Complex that provides expensive industries to ‘deTerrorize’ small countries that can’t afford it, The Family Law Complex provides expensive industries to ‘Terrorize’ small families that can’t afford it. The Industrial Complex exists to make deadbeats of foreign countries, the Military Complex exists to make deadbeats of American taxpayers, and the Family Law Complex exists to make deadbeats of American parents. International bankers exercise each Complex to facilitate the foreclosure of all property on the globe.
The Family Law Complex has spawned the rise of the Domestic Violence Industry, the Divorce Industry, the Child Support Enforcement Industry, and the Foster Care Industry. As Baskerville pointed out in his WCF speech: These industries can be exercised to transform a breadwinning parent into a deadbeat by ejecting from their home, prohibiting contact with their children, assigning untenable debt, garnishing wages, revoking all licenses, freezing bank accounts, levying property, intercepting tax refunds, imposing ‘debtors prison’, and extending this ‘bill of attainder’ of ‘involuntary servitude’ across counties, across states, and across oceans. As a political science expert, Baskerville seems to be trying to make a very important point: None of this is Constitutional.
The law that sentences a breadwinning parent to eternal damnation is USC 42 666, and serves as the template for what is in store for all American citizens. Currently legislation has been introduced to Congress to implement Family Law 666 on all American citizens: disarm them, tax their food, bankrupt them, silence them, tax their energy, and brand them. Although American parents served as the guinea pigs for this master plan for enslavement, there are many who are standing tall and providing strong opposition to these unconstitutional laws applying to all Americans. There is suddenly a standing army of loyal Americans that have finally recognized the unconstitutional agenda of the International bankers and are looking for more Americans to join them.

I also think that for Americans and probably the rest of the world a big improvement would follow if the Constitution was followed. However, from my limitedly understanding it would appear that the Constitution was deviated from more or less from the start. So there is a lot to put right.
Imprisoning people for debt (ie child support ) is I believe unconstitutional but people where being imprisoned for non payment of alimony in the thirties and forties. I only know this having read the biographies of one or two famous people of the time to whom it happened. Did you know that Charley Chaplin had to smuggle the footage of his classic film The Circus out of California fearing it would be impounded by his wife’s attorneys during their divorce? The film end up being edited in secret in a hotel room in another state.
What I fear happens in these things though is that the augment reduces to one or two easily understood issues and nothing else. So what you get is say an argument about the ‘right to bare arms’. Even if the constitutionalists win this argument and feel satisfied they have in fact won nothing since everything else is still in place. The social agenda which is the one we are concerned with carries on as before.

The federal government finances the war on fathers and children. People need to “legally” stop paying their taxes. There is no law that requires people to pay income tax. See “Freedom to Fascism” by the Aaron Russo and “Theft by Deception” by Larkin Rose to learn more about the subject.
A huge part of restoring law and order in this country will be in dealing with the reality of 9/11. Any architect, engineer or scientist worth their salt knows that three NYC skyscrapers were brought down by controlled demolition, not ten Arabs with two airplanes. Stephen Baskerville does us all a service with his sterling work and his willingness to travel to tell the interested. How do we reach the uninterested?
He has written a tightly focussed book relevant to Family and Family life and Law, but even a clear message can be muddied if we roll every social ailment into the mix. As for controlled demolitions of the WTC – Gordon Bennett.

DMV’s $4 Million “Error” could result in true Economic Stimulus Payments for Non Custodial Parents who Paid Child Support.
It appears Virginia’s Budget woes cannot yet be put to rest. All indications point to a $4 million error on the state’s part (true economic stimulus money due Citizens of Virginia). The Va. Whistleblower’s Act was just signed into law by Governor Kaine to protect any state employee who comes forward. Some from DMV already have.
Our Birthrights are being eroded at an avalanche pace. It frightens me to witness what I’ve seen going on in Virginia. I do not recognize my homeland, and my dear Mr. Jefferson would be turning in his grave to see what has been permitted to continue without checks or balances of any kind.
DSS (Dep’t of Social Services) employees apparently have unrestricted, unaudited, free for all access to DMV’s network, even into the data field titled “DRVSTAT” on anyone with a social security number. Actually, the DSS and DMV share the same network, currently administered by a “private-public” contract with Northrup Grumman; making government transparency all but a dream.
DSS access DMV records including people with Judicially-created Court ordered child support orders, as opposed to only the Administratively-created child support orders the DSS manufactures by their lawyers, non-attorney clerks, and sometimes the Assistant Attorney Generals who actually work for the Attorney General’s office.
The problem is, in Virginia there are approximately 1,000,000 child support orders in place, of which the DSS only “administers” approximately 145,000. So why do DSS employees (several thousands of them earning well over $90 million in salaries alone) have access to “every” person’s driving records simply because someone may have a child support order in place?
A perfectly good example of why Taxpayers of Virginia should be shocked that any DSS employee can simply tap in and alter a DMV driving status is obvious.
It is a crime to drive on a suspended license, punishable by immediate arrest; and requiring a bond for up to $2500 for release prior to a hearing. Some can sit in a local jail for weeks before getting a hearing at all. It can happen clear out of the blue, with no notice to you; I’ve witnessed it firsthand.

if we are to get anywhere, we really need to get the word out that ‘Family Law’ is not ‘LAW’ it is statute and legislation and it only gains the ‘force of law’ with a human beings consent. While men are deceived into thinking they have given their consent to be governed by Family Law then they will continue to be abused by the Illuminati via their servants in guvment and the ‘legal fraternity’.

Once a man learns how to defend himself against his corrupt guvment and courts he stands a much better chance of living a happy life. I have been through all this. In 22 months in courts I have not paid one cent ‘interim maintenance’ or one cent in child support. I don’t pay income tax either. You can do the same. It would make your life much easier. I only learned about all this because I was attacked in court by a vindictive ex. I wish to assist as many other men as possible learn learn about the deception visitied on them.
As far as ownership of children go. Many brilliant men are working on the problem of the ‘berth certificate’ and we hope to have a remedy.
Until we do, please, please, please MND and all who read this…..Get the word out to ALL men. DO NOT REGISTER YOUR BABY. DO NOT APPLY FOR A BERTH CERTIFICATE. The ‘berth certificate’ is how your guvment claims ownership of your child. You have no obligation to complete a ‘berth certificate’. DO NOT DO IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Also DO NOT VACCINATE YOUR CHILD!
If you do not register your child the ‘child protection serices’ or whatever it is called where you live and the ‘Family Court’ have NO JURISDICTION over the child. When you register your child you give up ownership of him/her.
So please, get the word out to as many men as you can. This is really important.

Gents…please listen to Kevin. I worked in steel production for 4 years. The WTC was brought down by controlled demolition. No question. Jet fuel could not cause molten steel to be under the rubble 6 weeks later. When I visited ground zero on halloween 2001 with a friend I commented at the time something was wrong….I could see beams being pulled out with molten steel dripping off it. This could not happen from jet fuel. I knew that from my days in steelmaking.
Also, as Kevin says, you have no obligation to pay income tax in any former british colony where common law still exists. By exercising your right to not pay income tax you can withdraw money from the ’system’ and bring it to a halt.

I just wanted to add to what Globalman had to say.
People involved in the men’s/father’s rights struggle for any length of time should realize this by now. The media is controlled by government and private corporations. That’s why there’s a virtual media blackout on the issue of men’s/father’s rights. There will be no change unless we can raise awareness. We can’t raise awareness without help from the media. There is way too much money involved in this kidnapping and extortion racket to expect them to change of their own free will.
There’s a lot more wrong in America than just men’s and father’s rights issues. We need to step up and do the right thing for America and then things will work out for men and fathers as a result.
It starts by refusing to cooperate with your own enslavement and destruction.
People need to stop paying their taxes. We need to “reboot” like Uttershine said. It starts by refusing to finance this rogue government. It starts by exposing 9/11 for what it was, a controlled demolition. Look at it this way, if it wasn’t controlled demolition, then there’s nothing to hide. A country that spent trillions of dollars on imaginary Wall Street bailouts can spend whatever it takes to thoroughly investigate the incident that has given them the excuse to suspend the Constitution.

I’ve spent thirty years of my life in the construction industry and can assure you that this was controlled demolition. The last fire burned itself out on December 19th 2001, over three months after the event. The fires could not be extinguished regardless of the amount of water pumped on the debris pile. That does not occur due to office fires that were ignited by kerosene. (Jet fuel)
Several tons of molten iron was discovered under all three buildings, even though building seven was never struck by an airplane, it still had tons of molten steel in the debris.
I could go on, but the information is available for those who care to know the truth. Don’t be so eager to believe the lies of a government which kidnaps children from their parents. People who do that for profit are capable of just about anything.

Gents. Does it strike anyone here as funny that I come along and tell you in no uncertain terms that we already have a solution at our disposal that addresses all issues except child custody (and brilliant men are working on that) and yet so few people here say “tell us more”. Most simply say “Nope..can’t be” or try to attack/discredit me over well established facts like the existence of the Illuminati.
Why do you gents think that is?
As Kevin says, we need exposure and to get the message out to other men. We are now having our first cases of men defeating the criminal legal system. We have police officers paying human beings from their own pocket for unlawfully issuing tickets etc. On http://thinkfreeforums.org/index.php there are more than 5,700 members. Not a small group. I have even managed to get some of this onto a blog on the Sydney Morning Herald but I am heavily censored. We HAVE to break into the mainstream media.

As a Family Law Reform activist, I was stopped in my tracks when I watched Aaron Russo again relate his conversations with Nick Rockefeller in an interview with Alex Jones. Nick Rockefeller told Russo that the Rockefeller Foundation funded Women’s Lib for 2 reasons – 1) Tax women, 2) break up families. The same 2 reasons the CIA funded Gloria Stienem and MS Magazine.
