Jailed father’s hunger strike, 125 days and counting
How can a well-respected nuclear physicist become a destitute man on the run, then ultimately a hunger-striking inmate? If you asked Dr. Amir Sanjari, he’d say all you have to do is go through a divorce in Indiana.
As described in Jailed parent Amir Sanjari has refused food for two weeks Sanjari, an Iranian-born British citizen has faced injustice and corruption throughout his ordeal. His website CorruptUSJudicialSystem has background information.
In a recent call from the Elkhart County jail Sanjari says his civil rights are still being violated. “Before this call, I wasn’t allowed to use the phone for 12 days,” he said.
At one time Sanjari and his ex-wife shared equal custody and had similar incomes, yet he was ordered to pay $1,000 a month in child support. When he lost his job and applied for a reduction, it was denied. His ex-wife won sole custody of the children, he says, by lying about him while he was out of the country on vacation.
From the same jail where a man doing community service work was trapped inside a cell for over 12 hours, Sanjari says the child support system is a conspiracy. “It’s fraud,” he explained, “They’re lying in order to criminalize [non-custodial parents] to force them to pay the money. They get away with it,” he says, “because people don’t ask questions.”
Sanjari says there is no due process. “I asked Judge Bonfiglio to recuse himself because I’ve sued him in Federal court in the past, but he refused.” He says he’s powerless while people at the jail make problems for him. “They delayed my paperwork,” he said, “so it couldn’t be filed.” He says the prosecutor is playing dirty too. “They refused to recognize that I was representing myself,” he explained, “so they wouldn’t have to share information and evidence with me. The court had to order them to do it.”
In an attempt to draw attention to the human rights violations that separate parents from their children and turn them into criminals, Sanjari hasn’t had any solid food since March 26, the day he was arrested. Once a thin but healthy 150 lbs, Sanjari now weighs about 115. He says he drinks nutritional supplements for the potassium and sodium, to keep his brain functioning normally.
A pre-trial hearing was held on the 22nd, with another scheduled for Oct. 29. Sanjari’s trial for nonsupport of a dependent child and contempt will be November 9 at Superior Court 6, 315 S. 2nd St, Elkhart, IN. (case # 46516) Sanjari, who spent his time helping other parents with their cases while he was on the run, hopes parents dealing with the family court system and child support collections will come to his trial to show their support. This type of article does more to hurt fathers than it does to help. Most people will read this and wonder why a doctor can’t afford to pay a thousand a month child support. Most people don’t understand that this man has an inalienable right to parent his child.
It may interest readers to know that countless people making less than $30,000 a year on average are paying the same amount. Neither the amount being extorted for so-called child support, nor the occupation of the individual is important.
This is not an isolated case of some doctor getting the shaft. If this doctor is treated fairly it doesn’t end the suffering of millions of *regular guys* who are being enslaved by the Family Court system.
This is the worst human rights violation in America since slavery. Tens of thousands are in jail across the country for failure to pay this extortion. Tens of thousands have committed suicide as a direct result of the brutal treatment they’ve suffered at the hands of the Family Courts.
When are we going to stop addressing this issue as though it were isolated pockets of unfairness? This is institutionalized kidnapping, extortion and slavery affecting millions of men across the country.

It is a wonder that any men still voluntarily take on the substantial burden and considerable risk entailed in fathering a child in our male-hating, anti-father, “post-feminist” society.
As a father and devoted family man, it breaks my heart (and enrages me) to see what is happening to the American family — and to our society as a result. It also frightens me more than a little when I contemplate the future if changes are not made.

This guy starving himself is going to do no good. I tell you what will do some good! Men need to start learning the law,and then teach other men how to do it. Start a law study group, get together and pool our resources. You see most judgments in court and that includes family court are voids, ie no good. You can stop the bastards by learning this valuable fact! Look up an ole’ boy from Okla-damn-homa by the name of Richard Cornforth.
If enough men learn this and cut off the money, power and control we can stop these bastards eventually and start to slow them down almost immediately This tactic, along with a massive PR campaign to tell people the truth will start to bring pressure on the corrupt bastards and when it gets big enough ,put the evil son of bitches out of business. When this faud has collasped, we will see the right people in jail and justice being served. A man can once again have a family without the risk of some selfish bitch destroying it on a whim.
Once it becomes a crime to wreck a marriage and “judicially kidnap” a mans child ,will it be safe and sane to get married and have a family.

The male genderclass cannot even begin to contemplate what is really happening to them in general terms.Their rights and standing as citizens are being yanked from beneath them day by day by day. In many different ways.
An example of male enfellonisation is of the would-be thief forced into robbery by arbitrary child support and alimoney demands. We see right here the amorality of the position males are forced into. IT DOESNT MATTER TO THE INSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITIES WHERE THE ALIMONEY OR CHILD SUPPORT COMES FROM. IT COULD BE BLOOD MONEY FOR ALL THEY CARE.
The other example given by the chris brown and rhianna saga is but the tip of an iceburg, illustrative of the dehumanisation of males and the abbrogation of their constitutional rights.
By incremental outlawing, systemic biasing, gerrymandering and overt misandric discrimination, males in western societies are approaching the point of no redemption. This is happening because their countries are being overwhelmed by international socialism, masked as feminism.
Ever increasingly, males are being systematically disenfranchied as a political class by their ever increasing enfelloniasation. Because every time a man is incriminated or criminalised, he looses his right to vote, thus reducing the “total male vote” and the “total male suffrage right” as a proportion.
And simultaneously the “total female vote” and the “total female suffrage right” as a proportion, is simultaneously ever increasing; because female crimes and female incrimination is being exponetially reduced and minimised systematically. This gerrymandering process preserves the appearance of legality for international socialism.

I am considering the same course of action.
The law is worse than useless.
I have not seen my 5 year old daughter in five months and it appears that she will be kept in permanent exile in a foreign country away from me her grandparents and relatives.
I am ready to die to secure her return so she may have the same prospects in life as I had rather than have her life sacrificed to her mothers whims. My conscience forces me to this choice as I cannot abandon her to the care of a monster who sees her as a ‘lifestyle
accessory’.
God bless this man I hope his children see him again and if not that he achieves a safe home for them before he dies.
