Report: Kobe Accuser Had Sex With Key Witness

The GLOBE supermarket taboid is reporting that Kobe Bryant's accuser had sex with the prosection's star witness a week before she met with Bryant.

The testimony of Bobby Pietrack, the 23-year old bellhop who worked at the resort where the alleged rape took place, is key to the case. According to prosecutors, Peitrack was the first person to see 19-year old Katelyn Faber immediately after her alleged rape by Kobe Bryant.

Prosecutors are relying on Peitrack to testify as to her appearance and emotional bearing at the time.

If the defense can establish that Peitrack had a sexual encounter with Faber just days before her encounter with Bryant, his credibility as a witness may be greatly impaired.
