We all know the government statistics. Women now live to a life expectancy of 79.9 years and men to 74.5 years. One would think that the average age of death for men would be 74.5 years of age and women's average age of death would be 5 years longer. Not many would be that worried about living an extra 5 years at an advanced age, so no reason for concern. Women just live a little longer, right?

Let's take a look at the raw, unbiased, uninterpreted, by our government, data. The results are staggering, so bear with me a bit on this dry material.

Male infants under 1 year of age, 15,591 deaths, Death Rate(/100,000) 755.3; Female 12,211 deaths, Death Rate 620. Male infants Death Rates are 21.8% higher than female infant Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 21.8% of male infants, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 263,640 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (3,380x78 years, ie, expectancy 79 -1 year of life = 78).[1] This can't be right, the governments main concern is female health. Surely, the government would be concerned about this amount of life lost of male mortality. This must be a fluke. Let's check the next group. Children's deaths in the 1-4 years of age.

Male 1-4 years of age, 2,922 deaths, Death Rate 37.3; Female 2,203 deaths, Death Rate 29.4. Male children's Death Rates are 26.9% higher than female children's Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 26.9% of male children's Death Rates, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 54,644 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (719x76 years, ie, expectancy 79 -3 years of life = 76).[1] Hmmm, must be another fluke. The feminists and our government tell us its female health that is in need of assistance. The statistics must change soon, for in these 2 age groups males have a 25% higher death rate than females. Wrong. The death rates for males keep going higher.

Male 5-14 years of age, 4,172 deaths, Death Rate 19.8; Female 2,928 deaths, Death Rate 14.6. Male children's Death Rates are 35.6% higher than female children's Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 35.6% of male children's Death Rates, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 85,836 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (1,244x69 years, ie, expectancy 79 -10 years of life = 69). The combined totals of increased death rates for males for these 3 age groups is now 28.1% higher than females. And, it's going to get alot worse in the next age group.

Male 15-24 years of age, 23,880 deaths, Death Rate 116.6; Female 8,277 deaths, Death Rate 42.5. Young males Death Rates are 174.4% higher than young female Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 174.4% of young males, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 920,577 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (15,603x59 years, ie, expectancy 79 -20 years of life = 59). The combined totals of increased death rates for males for these 4 age groups is now 64.7% higher than females. 3,854 suicides are included in this group. It is the 3rd leading cause of death for this age group, up from the 5th leading cause of death for 5-14 year olds.[2] The percentage of males to female suicides in total is 4.1 males suicides for every female suicide. Coincidentally, this is also the age group in which the devastating consequences of divorce can strip a man, in more than 80% of divorces, of his children and severly limit his income, and various other unConstitutional abuses imposed upon a Non Custodial Parent. But, still, the government and feminists say womens health is the problem. Now, surely, we must see screaming statistics of female health problems compared to males. Wrong, the statistics still atrocious for males in the next age group also.

Male 25-34 years of age, 28,626 deaths, Death Rate 143; Female 12,849 deaths, Death Rate 65.6. Male Death Rates are 118% higher than female Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 118% of males, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 773,073 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (15,777x49 years, ie, expectancy 79 -30 years of life = 49). The combined totals of increased death rates for males for these 5 age groups is now 75.3% higher than females. Suicides of 11,217 deaths include the next age group also and are the 5th leading cause of death for the 2 age groups combined. Again, in total, there are 4.1 male suicides for every female suicide.

Male 35-44 years of age, 58,007 deaths, Death Rate 258.9; Female 33,451 deaths, Death Rate 147.9. Male Death Rates are 111% higher than female Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 118% of males, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 957,684 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (24,556x39 years, ie, expectancy 79 -40 years of life = 39). The combined totals of increased death rates for males for these 6 age groups is now 81.3% higher than females.

Male 45-54 years of age, 104,697 deaths, Death Rate 544.3; Female 63,139 deaths, Death Rate 316.5. Male Death Rates are 72% higher than female Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 72% of males, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 1,205,182 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (41,558x29 years, ie, expectancy 79 -50 years of life = 29). Suicide drops off the top 10 leading causes of death when it is combined with the next group.

Male 55-64 years of age, 144,831 deaths, Death Rate 1191.6; Female 99,171 deaths, Death Rate 753.9. Male Death Rates are 58.1% higher than female Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 58.1% of males, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 867,540 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (45,660x19 years, ie, expectancy 79 -60 years of life = 19). We are at age 64 and still males are losing more lives and life years than females. Where is the female health problem? Why are we spending billions on female health when the statistics show horrendous male health problems in every single age group?

Male 65-74 years of age, 241,776 deaths, Death Rate 2,913.9; Female 189,530 deaths, Death Rate 1,892.3. Male Death Rates are 54% higher than female Death Rates. The amount of years of these extra 54% of males, as compared to the life expectancy of a female, is 470,214 years of lost life by premature male deaths. (52,246x9 years, ie, expectancy 79 -70 years of life = 9).

Male 75-84--341,182, Death Rate 6,841.8; Female 361,476, Death Rate 4,764. Not, until age 80 on average, do females die in larger numbers than males. There just aren't that many males left after significantly higher death rates in every age group. And, even then the Death Rates are higher for males.

85 and older--217,730, Death Rate 16,760; Female 448,727, Death Rate 14,453. MORE THAN TWICE AS MANY FEMALES LIVE TO AGE 85 AND OLDER, and, even then, the Death Rates for females are less than males. At no point in the entire life of males is the death rate even close to the death rate of females. It is not until age 80 that more females die than males. 5,598,380 LOST LIFE YEARS FOR ALL MEN DYING IN THE US IN 2001, when compared to women's life expectancy. Apparently, only twice as many woman living to over 85 and significantly decreased death rates of women in all age groups is a big health problem.
