On Easter Sunday, Pope Benedict Urges Solutions to World Troubles
Thousands of pilgrims gathered at the Vatican’s Saint Peter’s Square for Pope Benedict’s open-air Easter Mass. Iraqi officials say insurgents attacks in Baghdad and northern Iraq have killed at least 40 people.

Authorities in Afghanistan say a suicide car bomber has killed three NATO soldiers and four Afghans in southern Helmand province.
