IRAN IN WTO: IT’S THE THING TO DO

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

This is the time to reach out with membership form to Iran. It’s time. Let them sign up. It’ll be okay.

The World Trade Organization has now opened the door to Iran membership. US President George W. Bush has pulled back his long-standing veto to such a membership invite.

This is the moment to put Iran to the honesty test. They have waffled between slaughtering the world and making peace with the world. One day it’s peace. The next day it’s blood in our face.

Now they say they are willing to talk about doing something tranquil about their nuclear plans and so forth and so forth. Not that any of that can be believed, considering the hot and cold verbiage of the past.

Nevertheless, now that Iran is talking sweet talk, may as well act nice-like and hand over the membership blank.

If Iran proves itself to be a monster liar, then void the membership. That’s it. Void the membership. Kick Iran out of the club and inform the powers-that-be within that locale that never again will the WTO be fool enough to trust a waffler.

Chris Crum of Webpronews.com reports that "Iran has tried to get into the WTO 22 times in the last five years, but was blocked by the United States every time. The U.S. has had a ban on Iran for nearly 20 years because of beliefs that the country supports terrorism.

"The United States dropped its veto after Iran made a commitment to resolve a dispute over its nuclear enrichment program. The U.S. has accused the country of using its nuclear power program to make nuclear weapons, violating the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty."

So with Mr. Bush becoming increasingly known as The Freedom President, it’s simply warp and woof of that mode to see if Iran can be trusted with a community feeling.

Can Iran play ball? Can Iran ‘fess up? Can Iran keep to the rules? Can Iran yank its posterior out of the bad-boy ranks to start acting like a citizen of the planet — nice-like.

"At a meeting with foreign ministers of France, the U.K., and Germany, Iran reaffirmed that it is not trying to make nuclear weapons. The U.S. decided to go along with this.

"’In the European view, Iran continues to suspend its nuclear activities. They believe that a US decision to withhold its veto would help their diplomacy’, said a senior U.S. official."

We’ll see what happens. But for today, hand over the membership form. At the same time, look over your shoulder.

Stay tuned.

PEACE MUSLIMS MUST SLAY MAD MUSLIMS: IRAQ

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Yes, it’s got to come to this. And it appears to have come to this.

Those in New Iraq who are peace-loving Iraqis must slay the Muslim killers international.

What has postponed that mode has been the need to train Iraqi soldiers in defending their own liberties come upon. Up until now, it was the US-led Coalition that had to weigh in on the Muslim zealots intent on slaughtering both non-Muslims and Muslims in the name of Allah. After all, according to zealot Muslims, Muslims who stand in the way must be laid low while zealots kill off the infidel non-Muslims.

This insanity in the name of a world religion — which in truth is nothing but a killing cult, not deserving the title of "religion" — would only continue ad infinitum in New Iraq unless Iraqi soldiers themselves did away with the enemy — Muslims who despise peace, civility and sanity.

Now, according to the Washington Post wire service, Iraqi troops themselves are equipped to defend their own country to the extent that Baghdad is on "lock down." That is, "Iraq's defense and interior ministers announced a massive security operation on Thursday that will see more than 40,000 Iraqi troops deployed in the capital to hunt down insurgents and their weapons.

"During a press conference to announce the new security measures, Iraq's Interior Minister Bayan Jabr also said his office believes Abu Musab Zarqawi was wounded, but doesn't know if he is dead.

"Defense Minister Sadoun Dulaimi said the 40,000 force would include troops from the interior and defense ministries. It would be by far the largest anti-insurgent operation carried out in Baghdad by Iraqi security forces.

"’We will divide Baghdad into seven main areas, and the number of the forces who will take part in the operation from the interior and the defense ministry will be more than 40,000 security men,’ he told a news conference."
Now we’re getting down to business.

The US-led Coalition has spent itself on maintaining the peace, fighting off the Muslims insane lot, and now it’s time for the Iraq Muslims to take care of those murdering Muslims. In other words, peace-harboring Islamics must wipe out hate-filled Islamics.

Since killing Muslims state that their "faith" demands that Muslims as well as non-Muslims be slain, peace-keeping Muslims must put to flight murdering Muslims. The Allah-worshiping killers global claim their deity dictates that even Muslims standing innocently by must be killed along with non-Muslims if the innocent Muslims don’t pick up arms to murder the infidels.

It doesn’t matter that Muslims are murdered in the fray. If they get in the way, too bad. They are expendable. Non-Muslims must be eliminated at all costs — even snuffing out the existences of Muslims who simply get in the way of seeing through Allah’s worldwide takeover.

"Dulaimi said it would be the first phase of a security crackdown that could eventually cover the whole country.

"’We will also impose a concrete blockade around Baghdad, like a bracelet around an arm, God willing, and God be with us in our crackdown on the terrorists' infrastructure. No one will be able to penetrate this blockade,’ Dulaimi said. ‘You will witness unprecedentedly strict security measures.’

"’These operations will aim at turning the government's role from defensive to offensive,’ Jabr said.

That is exactly what the free world has been waiting for. We have had the patience. We have highly regarded the need for time to pass. We have cheered on the US-led Coalition and team members mentoring Iraqis in how to defend their own freedoms.

Now it appears that all that has come to fruition for Iraqis taking care of their own democracy plant. This is remarkable in itself. In just a little over two years, Operation Iraqi Freedom eventuated in the historic January 30 Victory Vote and National Assembly. A constitution is forthcoming. Now we have an Iraqi militia in place to wipe out the Muslim slaughterers. It had to happen.

As long as the non-Muslims are in New Iraq, Muslim killers will attack the infidels, removing them from the human population. Therefore, the so-called infidels had to recess while the Iraqi Muslims dominated the scene.

That’s taking place today. It will continue to grow in strength and expertise.

This is what US President George W. Bush has envisioned all along. His team as provided like support. The Red States kept the faith in New Iraq’s discovery of freedoms personal. And now we will have Iraqis stationed to ward off those insane Muslims surrendered to kill kill kill.

"’When Multinational Forces engaged the terrorists, the terrorists used Iraqi children as shields,’ the military said in a statement. ‘One child was killed as a result of their action’"

Crazy, demented, immoral Muslims given to Allah’s Koran dictates care for nothing more than blood in the streets, even using boys and girls as shields.

Therefore, the establishing of a genuine, ongoing democracy will continue to cost. But it will be worth it. The only alternative is a return to Hussein horror or a take over by the Muslim murderers global.

HOW CAN CLINTON PRAISE SEX THIS-R-THAT?

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

The former US President who will long be known for his lust unbridled now gives praise to a nation that has cut through its HIV surge.

May I sincerely ask why the globe needs feedback on this sex matter from one of the most immoral leaders the planet has ever had to stomach?

Is this irony or what? For "or what?" it just might be his way of approaching the confessional. Or could it be an old-fashioned Southern Baptist urge to seek the mourner’s bench?

Who would know, considering the complicated psyche dealt with? On the other hand, it’s not so complicated when considering that the Clinton psyche is triggered by libido maximum.

Therefore, I had to wince when reading today about former US president William Clinton giving applause to India’s curb on HIV / AIDs increase. It was quite the fit or misfit, depending on how one concluded the press read. But I just had to stop to ponder how history dishes up for us common folk some of the most outlandish configurations. This has to be one of them.

So the AP reporter Rajesh Mahapatra states from New Delhi that "Clinton on Thursday praised India's battle against AIDS after new government figures showed a sharp decline in the number of new HIV cases in the country. The former president called the results encouraging but cautioned that India could not become complacent.

"’I think your government is committed to doing the right thing,’ he said in a speech to a group of business leaders."

The right thing? What does a Clinton truly know about "the right thing"? Common on, sensible, moral people.

"’You will move from being the world's number one worry to being the number one model if you follow through the plans you have,’ Clinton said."

Does anyone have a gag machine handy? As in gag-a-maggot. Please.

BUSH IS RIGHT RE STEM CELL

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

US President George W. Bush is absolutely on target regarding stem cell research. Further, he’s totally consistent in his ethic and logic — no destruction of human life. It’s a "culture of life" that the President endorses. Nothing middle ground. Nothing less.

Consistent. Reasonable. Moral.

We are all embryos. It’s just that those of us who are debating the topic have a few more years on us than the human embryos in plastic dishes. But humans are we all. Embryos at one chronology or another we all are.

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Tex.), along with his wife, Christine, is known for his support for adoption. According to Washington Post Staff Writers Mike Allen and Rick Weiss, he stated that couples "’ought to be informed that, if you take 25 eggs, are you going to implant 25 embryos?

"’If you are not, what do you want to do with the embryos that are left over?’ he continued. ‘If there are embryos left over, do you know that there are people out there that want those embryos and will adopt them and implant them, and babies will result?’"

The President will not waver. In other words, a waffling John F. Kerry one won’t discover in the US President. Thank God. Can one horrifically imagine what America would be dealing with right now if Kerry were ensconced in the White House? Nightmare maximum, for certain.

"Bush reacted bluntly to the House's 238 to 194 vote, which fell far short of the two-thirds needed to override a veto. Speaking to reporters in the Oval Office, he said he has made it clear that he opposes ‘the use of federal moneys that end up destroying life.’

"’The Congress has made its position clear, and I've made my position clear,’ Bush said. ‘I will be vetoing the bill they send to me if it were to pass the United States Senate.’"

The press spoke of the President’s response as "blunt." What it was was not so much blunt as forthright in conviction. Mr. Bush has certain ethical convictions that are written in cement. They are not up for debate. They’re not negotiable.

That absolutely rankles the opposition. That is unsettling for doublespeak politicians, especially those in Congress, particularly those populating the Democratic Party.

Yet the President, in his second term with nothing to enhance but his moral balance continuing, stays the course. Of course, for the Red States, especially genuine Christians with the biblical ethic as their standard, Mr. Bush’s conclusions are exceptionally encouraging. It’s been a long, long time since America has had such a predictable moral base because of the man seated in the Oval Office.

With persons in wheelchairs, interviewed about their diseases, and celebrities waging personal wars against illnesses, the stem cell research proponents who oppose Mr. Bush continue their litany. All fine in a democracy with dialogue permissible.

Yet there are other ways to confront the illnesses without stem cell research as desired by the political liberals. And it is to those areas creative minds must set their intentions. Why does not the liberal press delve more deeply into the alternative routes?

"The White House did not embrace the search for a compromise. Spokesman Trent Duffy said Bush has drawn ‘a very bright line that taxpayer dollars should not be used to destroy life,’ and said it ‘would be difficult to blur that line’ with a middle-ground proposal.

"Rep. Jack Kingston (Ga.), vice chairman of the House Republican Conference, said party leaders accomplished their purpose by allowing the debate. He said he does not think the measure's backers would put much energy into overriding Bush's veto, which he called ‘trying to make water run uphill.’"

Fine.

WHY MORE U.S. $ TO PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY??

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Not. Quit. Stop.

There’s no reasonable move for the United States Congress to fork over more millions to the Palestinian Authority, though that is exactly what Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas asked of the body just hours ago.

Brazen of brazen is indeed the mode of the PA leadership when making the jaunt to America.

Why would millions more help the PA at this particular time in their regime? What good is money more when daily PA TV broadcasts that Jews are "pigs and descendants of monkeys"?

What more money is needed for Abbas to douse such ongoing telecasts to his own people, particularly to the young — that next generation taught how to murder Jews in particular and non-Muslim "infidels" in general? More bucks to do that? I don’t think so.

No more bucks might be the answer. If a squeeze were put on the US money flow to the PA, then something over there might happen for civility. But if more money flows from the United States rich pockets to the PA, that’s simply more of a chance for fraud, something not uncommon to the Muslim madness. And more money from U.S. makes us the suckers maximum.

So Abbas sits in the same room with certain Congressmen, and according to Reuters, cozies up to their hearts, walking out of the room with all sorts of promises, especially more American cash.

However, not all Congressmen are convinced of the Abbas sincerity, let alone the genuineness of his colleagues. Reuters reports that "any decision to provide direct aid could anger some members of Congress who say they still do not believe the Palestinian Authority should be trusted with US assistance."

Is that an understatement or what?

Yet the report goes on with detail: "The US has provided $200 million for the cash-strapped Palestinian

Authority this year and President George W Bush has asked for another $150 million for the fiscal year starting 1 October.

"White House spokesman Scott McClellan said the US has already made substantial commitments for financial assistance to the Palestinian Authority and Japan had recently made a significant pledge as well."

This is nuts. Who can trust the PA, especially with US funds?

Why funds additional anyhow?

Let them have their peace meetings with one another to decide to delouse their bombs. That doesn’t add up to financial distress in need of healing. That can be accomplished without counting any US dollars wafted across the waters to benefit PA killers international.

If the Congress has not gone mad on this issue, I don’t know what to call it?

CHINESE PROSTITUTES FLOOD MALAYSIA. USA?

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Immigration. It’s immigration again.

Could it start a flood in the United States? Why not? Very well could happen.

Lax immigration means anything goes. America has been dealt a lax immigration mode for too long a time. Therefore, we are reaping communicable diseases spread due to that mode. As for prostitution misuse of immigration laxity, time will tell.

Today we have just that occurring in Malaysia. Immigration officials are taking steps to stem the tide.

Chinese females are putting whatever sounds legitimate on their forms in order to get into Malaysia. Then they brazenly ply their prostitution trade. The male Malaysian population plays right into their hands But the decent citizenry as well as authorities are not all that happy with what’s going on.

According to United Press International, Malaysian immigration offices are weighing putting NOT WELCOME upon entry requests to single females from China. Too many have turned into brothel fodder.

How will Malaysia deal with this tawdry trend? They will establish laws that permit females from China only if they have "local references or those traveling with tour groups." This is according to the South China Morning Post.

"’We are swarmed by young women from China who enter as tourists but work as prostitutes,’ the newspaper quoted a senior police official as saying. ‘They are everywhere ... in nightclubs, karaoke lounges, and they even travel in vans converted into brothels to serve foreign workers at construction sites.’"

There are "thousands" of Chinese women who have become "noon brides" to businessmen in Malaysia. That is, they are available for sex to these men on their lunch breaks. They even entertain their wares in "exclusive apartments," according to the news release.

"A local police officer estimated about 50 Chinese girls per day entered Sarawak state in east Malaysia, site of a mining and timber boom. About 37,000 Chinese nationals entered Malaysia as students last year, mainly to study English. Officials say many have disappeared."

DEMS, BOLTON AND FILIBUSTER WAR IN THE SENATE

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Connecticut Senator Christopher J. Dodd is ready for war.

You see, once the Senate cut the deal on the filibuster, the Dems adrenaline shot off the charts. They think they are in the power clutch now and the renegade seven Republicans who sided with the devil are the major cause.

It’s time that the Republican Senators closed forces as one body to put the Dem minority to flight. Any time spared is time wasted. On with the showdown.

Now we’re back to John R. Bolton as US President George W. Bush’s nominee to the ambassadorship at the United Nations. The Dems say that they want to put their hands on two precious documents and if they don’t get those papers in hand, war! Filibuster war. Dodd declares it. The press has been informed.

"’If the administration doesn't give us this information, then I want a 60-vote requirement here so that senators can express their views on this issue of the documentation that we need,’ said Sen. Christopher J. Dodd, a member of the Foreign Relations Committee who has been among Mr. Bolton's strongest critics.”

Stephen Dinan of The Washington Times reports that “Mr. Dodd said he actually supports an up-or-down vote on Mr. Bolton, but is being forced into a filibuster as a protest against the administration.”

There you have it.

Dem Dodd is stating that his own demand is irrational — that is, for a filibuster regarding Bolton’s approval — but that he’s going to do what’s irrational anyhow. Why? To be mean. To “protest against the administration.”

Is that not a typical unreasonable blowhard Dem for you??

Now isn’t that patriotic? Isn’t that doing the people’s business wisely? Isn’t that reaching across the aisle to make for a united Congress? Isn’t that being high class? Isn’t that intelligentsia at its most fashionable? Isn’t that being high-minded and in gear for the best and showing the world how to behave in the US Congress?

Not!

Dodd knows better. But there are certain Dems now in Congress who are getting just a bit heady over this so-called deal made concerning the filibuster.

It’s a deal that should have been damned before it started to breathe. But of course we had to witness seven Republican Judases who showed up to fight off sensibility and party unity, siding in with the deplorable Dems. With that, America was served up the so-called “deal.”

Now it’s moving back to the worn out dialogue focusing on Bolton. We’re all tired of hearing any more about Bolton. We know Bolton. He’s the man for the job. Just because he has a temperament and convictions-bound loyalty as Mr. Bush does not mean that he should not be in the UN.

If anybody should be in the UN it’s somebody like Bolton who can put the Manhattan thugs in their places — and that quite early.

But no, Dodd has to ask for two documents or he’s going to break hell loose. Figures. Typical Dem dumbery.

“Republicans say there are enough votes to confirm Mr. Bolton once those objections are overcome, but they first must win a cloture vote set for this evening to stop the filibuster.”

Well, as far as this one American citizen is concerned, the Republicans had better quit fooling around and put aside their fancy verbiage and their so-called conciliatory attitudes toward the Dems to get on with the major issues facing their body.

Now as if Dodd is not enough to make a fool of his own party, we have Joseph R. Biden, Jr. of Delaware getting into the act. One might imagine. Biden has to be center stage if there’s any ruckus going on. So there the little fellow is, right alongside little fellow Dodd. The two of them are pulling out their guns to blow away.

“Sen. Joseph R. Biden Jr. of Delaware, the top Democrat on the Foreign Relations Committee, is seeking e-mails and other documents that would answer whether Mr. Bolton tried to influence intelligence analysts who were working on congressional testimony about Syria's weapons programs.”

This is called pussyfooting around with bombs in hand. And it’s something that should shut down both Dodd’s and Biden’s Congressional offices. It’s time they take a hiatus.

It’s time they pack their bags to head home for an early Christmas recess.

FRIST TO DEMS: BEHAVE OR IT’S ‘NUCLEAR’!!

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Thank God Senate Majority leader Bill Frist is not wilting to the so-called "deal" regarding filibusters.

What the stalwart Republicans need to do to counter the Judas Republicans is stand firm against filibustering into the future. In other words, negate the "deal" by plowing ahead for the "nuclear option" for a reasonable citizen can never expect the "deal" to work. It’s loaded with landmines.

Eventually, and the sooner the wiser, the Republicans In Name Only (RINOs) will be put to shame for ever turning against their fellow Republicans and US President George W. Bush. With egg on their faces, they will be forced to admit that their betrayal served America no good and served them up with obvious embarrassment. Hopefully, it will yield a voting public seeing that they never return to office.

Charles Hurt reports in The Washington Times that "Texas Supreme Court Justice Priscilla Owen was confirmed to a federal appeals court seat yesterday as Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist declared victory and reminded Democrats that if they ‘abuse’ the judicial filibuster again, he will employ the so-called ‘nuclear option.’"

There is simply no way that the US Senate can mannerly continue into the ongoing future without their being one major fuss over what’s appropriate for a filibuster and what’s not. That’s where the Dems along with seven renegade Republicans made their big time misjudgment.

One can expect that of the Dems for they have not produced a rational anything in the last several years. But to actually have to face up to the reality that seven Republicans left their party’s stronghold to side in with the horrific opposition is unbelievable. All the more that Frist must continue to bang the gong that the "nuclear option" will be on the hot front burner if there is one misstep.

"’I am now hopeful, but wary,’ Mr. Frist said of the truce reached Monday night, just hours before he planned to eliminate the judicial filibuster with what he calls the ‘constitutional option.’"

Well, that was quite politically polite of Frist to say he was "’hopeful.’" Of course he’s not hopeful at all, not when he works night and day with the wily Dems and now has uncovered the turncoat Republicans.

If anyone realizes the stark reality of that fight going on in the US Senate over the filibuster, it’s Frist. One can imagine that his hope, if any hope actually remains in his heart, is quite thin. Nevertheless, to be a politically nice guy, he expresses hope. The rest of us bunk hope as totally unreal.

"’If nominees receive up-or-down votes and the sword of the filibuster is sheathed, then the Republican leadership can be proud that its focused direction on the constitutional option arrested a dangerous and destructive trend,’ Mr. Frist said. ‘If filibusters again erupt under circumstances other than extraordinary, we will put the constitutional option back on the table and move to implement it.’"

What a way with words! Terrific.

Now all America needs to be apprised of is that what Frist set forth is kept tidily in place. The slightest move to misuse the filibuster should yield a totally bonded Republican Senate majority against one of the worst "traditions" in Congress — the filibuster.

It’s a waste of time, money and energy. It’s an embarrassment in dialogue to the Senate. It’s a childish exercise reminiscent of a day care center gone mad.

SENATE DEAL STINKS: filibuster

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

There is no reason why all Republicans should not have stood by United States President George W. Bush and Senate Majority leader Bill Frist against the filibuster yakathon.

What happened Monday evening in the US Senate weakens the clout of the Republicans in the Senate. Further, it slaps the Red States around. Moreover, it gives a bloated ego thrust to the Democrats in the Senate.

What should have taken place is that the party in majority should have stood together as a man regarding ousting the worn, childish, time-wasting, money-wasting filibuster nonsense. There is no reason why the so-called "tradition" of the filibuster should ever continue in the United States Congress. It’s an insult to intelligent dialogue.

So now the Democrats have broadcast that their "deal" with seven Republicans has won the day. Those seven Republicans should never again be elected to the Congress. They should be sent home as soon as possible. And any of their clones should never set foot in Washington DC.

They call it a deal. It was not a deal.

It was a defeat for the Republican majority and for sanity. How could Republican turncoats such as the two who represent my state of Maine ever call themselves "Republicans"? They desert the party at practically every chance they can. They continue to ride the victory of the November Red States win while desecrating the Red States’ principles.

It’s on that position that the Republican Party and its leadership lost this evening. It’s on principle. Yes, the filibuster "tradition" still hangs around the Senate. But what was slid out the Senate door was the principle of strength gained by the Republicans last November.

Henceforth, the Republicans will appear vulnerable.

Every time that the Democrats want to throw a threat around, they will do so. And we will have to wait to see if the weak Republicans (RINOs: Republicans in Name Only) play mutiny with the Republican Party, thus blending in with the party they really are aligned with — the Democrats.

This is an evening of weakness to a Republican presence that should have been exceptionally strong. That is so particularly when dealing with such a nonsense issue as the filibuster. If it had even been a more crucial measure; but the filibuster? Yes, the filibuster waste still has an edge in the esteemed United States Senate.

That’s terrible.

BELIEVE KARZAI RE POPPY FIELDS

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Why not?

Does Afghan President Hamid Karzai want his nation to be destroyed? Hardly. He’s put his life on the line daily to keep democracy planting ongoing in his country. Why then would he lie?

Karzai faced criticism in his US visit. There were those who said that he and his leadership were not doing enough to eradicate the poppy fields.

Yet the Afghan leader stated that he and his citizens have tried especially hard to eradicate poppy fields which lead to opium addiction. After all, that which has been there for decades on end can’t be done away with by the wave a magic wand, not even a liberty banner wand.

It takes time. It takes patience. It takes working with the grassroots where livelihoods have been made via poppy fields. Therefore, when fields leading to addictions are done away with there must be some other crop taking the place of poppy fields.

It’s at that point that the Afghan president rightfully told press that he needs more help from freedom nations. He needs alternative planting provided his farmers. That seems simple enough. And it no doubt is simple enough.

But thus far, since Operation Iraqi Freedom, it’s been a few freedom counties coming to the call of US President George W. Bush to help other nations achieve democracy standing.

There have been plenty of free countries sitting on their hands. Or worse: battling Mr. Bush and his team. That enemy cadre includes the United States Democratic Party with such unpatriotic voices as John F. Kerry, Edward Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi and an unrepentant score of others.

Yet the US and Afghan leadership has persisted, sometimes against extreme odds, to see that human beings find their journeys toward a freedom base. Part of that base in Afghanistan is ridding fields of poppy growth and supplanting poppy fields with other kinds of agriculture.

Who then will respond to the Afghan President’s request for aid? What nation will step up today to answer his plea? It will be very very interesting to note how the media goes after this request and how it supports the President’s clear voice.

It will be very intriguing to note how freedom nations go on their self-centered ways or respond graciously to the Afghan leader’s appeal.

Stay tuned.

SUPREMES TACKLE KILLING WOMB BABIES ONCE AGAIN

J. Grant Swank, Jr.

Abortion.

The Supreme Court goes at it again. But not till October or later per their calendar.

In the meantime, concern looms over Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist being on the court or not being on the court. Also, if he is not on the court, who replaces him?

Also, if the "nuclear option" goes into process, will anti-womb-baby-killing replacements on the Supremes take over for morality’s sake? If that is so, will an ethical leverage then be in place to halt murdering infants in women’s bodies?

Much is hanging in the balance as the Supremes agree to take on a "state appeal seeking to reinstate a law requiring parental notification before minors can terminate their pregnancies," reports the Associated Press.

Therefore, once again the front burner has on it — lit red hot — that issue which makes or breaks a nation’s standing before God. In the Old Testament there are accounts of pagan nations giving up their offspring to heathen idols.

Jehovah informed His people that they were never to kill their children. Never. That was brought out particularly in the incident of father Abraham mounting Mount Moriah to slay his only son, Isaac. He had the wood ready. He had the son in his paternal tutelage. He had the directive from deity firmly planted in his head.

But when the time came for Abraham to place his son on the altar, thrusting a sword through his young body, Jehovah’s angel stayed the sword. No. There was to be no killing, though Abraham had shown his obedience even to the last second.

Jehovah by that move taught the father of the faithful that henceforth his lineage was never to do away with their children. Murder was prohibited.

Yet in the surrounding heathen cultures mothers offered their boys and girls to the idols, one in particular being Moloch. There Moloch was seated with arms outstretched, flames leaping up through the fingers of the idol. Parents then placed their babies on those fingers, the infants burnt alive.

So it goes in America.

Babies every day are offered on the Planned Parenthood altars for sacrifice unto the pagan gods of this nation.

They burnt alive. They are scalded. They are gouged out. They are sliced through. They are tossed into dumpsters. They are wrapped in plastic for trash haul-aways. They are murdered.

There are those who commit their destinies to the pagan deities. There are those children then who are victims of such vile parentage.

Now the Supremes will wade into one of the dimensions of America’s killing-of-babies-trade with this new investigation into reinstating a statute making it law for parents to be notified before minors can terminate their pregnancies.

"Justices will review a lower court ruling that struck down New Hampshire's parental notification law. The Boston-based 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the 2003 law was unconstitutional because it didn't provide an exception to protect the minor's health in the event of a medical emergency."

Stay tuned.
