Problems Posting Comments–a Possible Solution

Several of you have written to me saying that you're having problems posting comments--that the pages were stopping before the comments section loaded, or the comments section would appear for a couple seconds then disappear. I have my web guy looking into it, but Jean, a reader, came up with an apparent workaround for the people who are having this problem.

Jean writes:

Go to View-->click on Full screen (maybe F11)

Then you can scroll to the bottom and see and post a comment. But then the screen blocks out everything else, so if you want to type in Word first, you need to click the Restore symbol at the top (not the “-“ or the “x”) and it’ll be ok.

I have to do this each time I refresh and each time I go to an article.

I thought it was just my computer, so I didn't mention it. More steps, but you're worth it.
