Parental Alienation–a Personal Story

Here's a first-person account of Parental Alienation.  It's a British man writing to an advice columnist about how to re-connect with his now-adult daughters after years of Parental Alienation by his ex-wife.

Her advice to him seems generally pretty sound except for her first sentence.  At the risk of getting whiplash, read it.  It indicates a total lack of understanding of what he wrote to her.

That said, her advice is good enough, so get a neck brace, take some ibuprofen and continue reading.
