Certainly Good Cause for a Manhunt…

Several of you sent me this so-called "Public Safety Emergency" from the University of Connecticut. I suggest readers call the campus police at (860) 486-4800 and ask them why this seemingly harmless non-incident is cause for an Emergency annoucnement to be sent out via email to the campus community.
