By the way, Jeff, it was hilarious to see you and your 300 other bused-in Scientologists in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago, as the Anonymous Worldwide Activist Network counter-protested your impotent protest of the Psychiatry convention. You guys were terrified! What an utter lack of confront! Talk about shattering suppression! You guys were the ones who were completely shattered. And then sneaking out the back door to avoid the 50 or 60 Anonymous meanies -- tsk tsk.

Well Jeff, you can believe whatever you like, and nobody really cares what you believe. However, you can't be coercively hard-selling Scientology products to your customers; you can't defraud people on a daily basis, and you can't sell krazie vitamin concoctions as a panacea. Also, Jeff, there aren't "millions of Scientologists." A new and very authoritative survey of USA religions recently estimated that there are perhaps 25,000 Scientologists in the USA. Australia's national census in 2006 found only around two-thousand people who would admit to being Scientologists. In the UK a few years ago it was about the same. Putting these and all the other mainstream surveys and censuses together, you might reckon that there are around 55,000 Scientologists in the world. Probably fewer than that. People are fleeing Scientology in droves, and the entire organization is in a tailspin.

The Scientology organization is coming apart at the seams. Cash flows have dried up. Desperation in all your "comm lines," which, by the way, we are constantly intercepting.

It's almost over, Scilons! Vive la France!

This case is preposterous given that the European Court of Human Rights has ruled that the Church of Scientology, like other minority faiths in the European Community, is a bona fide religious organization entitled to the same rights under the European Convention on Human Rights as any other religious organization.

There is no question of Scientology’s legitimate status as one of the world religions. Scientology is fully developed, by definition of religion, in its theology, religious practice and organization. The breadth and scope of the religion include nearly 8,000 Churches of Scientology, Missions and related organizations with over 20,000 full time staff in 164 countries, all unified by a common religious goal.

Millions of Scientologists around the world sincerely believe in freedom of religion and the religious tenets and practices of Scientology. For every one of these individuals, Scientology is their religion. This is the most important test of any true religion of the world – indeed, it is the test used by the United States Supreme Court and high courts in many other countries.
