I watched the interview and was actually waiting to hear more about the Juvenile Court Judges and the fact that this has become a booming industry involving lawyers, social workers, therapists, and other non-profits who get grants and federal/state /and local funding. I was also waiting to hear about the CPS corruption in this country. I don’t know if Mr. Baldwin has written anything in his book about this because I haven’t read it yet but do intend to. I am not divorced and have been married for 20 years. I am 39 yrs. old.
We were their victims of Virginia Dept. of Social Services , my wife and I and our 5 children. We were dragged through the Juvenile Justice system and eventually found not guilty of the false accusations. I (the father) was also indicted on 17 counts of rape and sodomy that resulted from false accusations by my now 18 yr. old daughter , placed on house arrest for 8 months until trial, kept from my children, and eventually found not guilty on all counts. This is where parental alienation comes in. Over a 1 year period I saw my children maybe 10 times. Now that I have been found not guilty I am still forced to live in a weekly rental because the Juvenile Court Judge will not lift the protective order until mid- January. I am not allowed to have any contact with my children unless Social Services is present and at their discretion. I had one visit in Nov. and none in Dec. even though the court order says I am to have visits twice a month. We will be suing them and their agencies in Jan. I will be reading the book and applaud Mr. Baldwin for standing up for fathers everywhere.
I would also like to add that in court the Social Worker stated that at any given moment in Giles County , Virginia there are 300 cases going. We have a population of less than 9000 in the entire county so to me that is a large percentage of families who’s lives are being invaded and ruined by these corrupt people. The shame of it all is that all of these agencies have enough money to have tv commercials, spot ads, flyers, and even a dedicated cable channel in our area just to recruit new foster parents and yet they claim they are overworked and underpaid. They place these children with anyone that will take them with no real goal of reunifying the children with their natural families. My son secretly recorded these people talking about foster children like they were puppies being sold in the newspaper. He recorded them talking about strip searching foster children and discussing how much more money they get if they can have a child diagnosed with behavior or mental disorders. I retrieved the recorder and two days later they strip searched him to try and find the recorder.
