Crimes of this magnitude can never be swept under the rug. We need to make sure these people are held accountable.
1. The law provides punishment of imprisonment for “deprivation of rights under color of law”.
2. The law provides for the punishment of ***death*** if a victim has lost their life due to “depravation of rights under color of law”.
It’s reasonable to assume that the *death penalty* is warranted in ever family court and child support collection agency from coast to coast. Claiming that you’re serving the “best interests of children” by the persecution and imprisonment of one of their parents, often resulting in that parent’s death, is absolutely unconscionable.
Evil like this is incomprehensible to most people. Most people are incapable of grasping the idea that evil like this exists in the world. People who kidnap children from their parents in their purported “best interests” are as sick and twisted as they come and no expense should be spared in bringing them to justice.
Only the worst conceivable punishment should be available for people who make their living kidnapping children from one of their parents. There is no right more fundamental than the right to be an equal parent to your children. There is no duty more important to government than the equal administration of its laws.
Great article, and not one word wasted.
