Kansas bill aims to fix ‘presumed father’ quandary

Wife has an affair, gets pregnant and gives birth to a boy. Husband and wife divorce. Tests show the husband isn’t the father, but a court orders him to pay child support anyway.

    So, the lawmakers are worried about " unintended consequences" if they stop making men pay for kids that aren't theirs! I have a sick feeling of what they are really saying. Like maybe, some women might start having to be responsible and there will be no man to steal from, to support this racket. These lawmakers might lose their "cushy little jobs" for doing what they know is right. They might end up having to pass , then enforce some fair laws, laws some people will not like, because a whole lot of these parasitic bastards might have to get a real job and whats worse, some of them could be held accountable for all the injustices and indignities done to these poor men.
    So, I think those are the "unintended consequences" they are worried about. They really don't care a rats ass about children or right or wrong or anything but money,power and control.
