I'm sorry to hear that the US disease is creeping to foreign lands, but glad that you are already on the watch. I fear that too many people will ignore the problem there, as here, until it is too late.
I'm especially unhappy with it because I have consistently found Indian women to be so pleasant and feminine overall. Flirting with them, or just talking with them, they are educated, intelligent, family-oriented, and lack the nasty attitude and entitlement mindset of my female Americans (though I feel it gives 99% of them too much credit, referring to them as female.)
The difference is, the Indian women are WOMEN, not just "female humans," and that attitude shows through and makes them infiinitely more enjoyable to talk with. (And personal biases aside, I've found the same to be true almost across the board - Europeans, South Africans, Asians - all better educated, all more polite, all more refined, male or female. And I'm not the only one to see it or say it.)

Good luck to you in the fight. (Though you may want to reinforce the caste system there, emphasis on how marrying outside the culture is taboo - I've had more than one Indian girl consider long-term life with me, and I'm White American... :-) )
